What You Need to Know:

The following is prohibited at WestFest 2026:

  • Outside food & beverage

  • Weapons of any kind or items construed as weapons

  • Illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages

  • Marijuana or cannabis products

  • Vapes or E-Cigarettes

  • Umbrellas

  • Whistles, bullhorns, air horns, noise makers

  • Laser pointers

  • Camping chairs

  • Pepper spray

  • Winter or heavy outside clothing

  • Any bag that exceeds 8.5” x 5.5” is NOT allowed.

  • Only clear bags allowed

  • Doors open at 7 pm. Show starts at 8 pm in the University Union Grand Ballroom.

  • It is at the discretion of the WestFest staff what you can and can’t bring into the concert.

  • If you are not wearing the item of clothing you may not bring it in.

  • There is not a coat check or place to hold your items that are denied entry.

  • The Office of Student Engagement is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Throwing items onto the stage is prohibited.

  • There is NO public meet and greet available.

  • Once you enter the concert you are able to leave at any time, but once you leave the University Union you will not be let back in.

  • No food or drink will be sold.

  • 17 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult; 18 years and older. A photo ID is required.
